⭑ i dont want you to force me into anything. being forced feels awful and can count as abuse. if i say no, it means no. so please, respect it until i change my mind about the thing that made me say no. if i ever need some space, please respect it.
⭑ i have been diagnosed with ADHD since i was three, and i can get overstimulated with really loud noises or when theres too many people around me, so try to avoid crowded spaces if we ever hang out, please.

ive been stalked several times my whole life, and i genuinely hate it, so please, if you notice im being stalked again, dont let anything considered a weapon (excluding my pepper spray and my taser) near me.
⭑ i have a few trauma i believe some you are familiar with, so if you notice any of them is triggered, i may need some time alone, with you. if anything like that happens, please make sure there are no triggers around, nothing that i could use to harm myself, and please, ask before touching me in that state, because i could have violent responses to touch if i dont allow it.i trust you. but if you cause me to lose my trust in you, ill leave. and, you may have a second chance and an ultimatum, but if you do it again, consider me OUT of your life.
